Merrell Pro Deal program members agree to be discreet about their participation in this program; they will not mention it to anyone, including those in the outdoor community or in outdoor, specialty or department stores. The privilege to purchase Merrell gear at a special price is for the approved user only. No friends or family are included in this offer. Users agree not to use any retail store for fitting product or for returns.

Special Pricing and Purchase Limits
Approved program members receive special pricing on Merrell footwear, apparel and accessories, this is valid for a 30 day period to proceed with your order. The wholesale price and the member’s special price are noted next to each product on merrellprodeal.ca. The discount rate may vary per product. Merrell reserves the right to limit product availability by gender, size and/or stock number.

Product Availability
Retail orders always take priority. Product availability will be noted next to each style/size and is updated on a daily basis. Approximate order turnaround is one to two weeks depending on the requested shipping method.

Shipping Information
Unless requested otherwise, orders will be shipped via regular ground transportation at the user’s expense.

Payment Information
All Merrell Pro Deal purchases must be paid for by Credit Card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment by debit card, check or money order will not be accepted (sorry).

Order Status/Confirmation
Members will receive an order and shipping confirmation via e-mail and can check order status any time on merrellprodeal.ca (select Track Your Order).

Exchanges/Returns
Sorry, Merrell and its parent company, Wolverine World Wide, Inc. cannot accept returns or exchanges (no exceptions). Program members agree to double check their orders before submitting.
